OEM product performs exactly like the original before it failed 300,000 miles. As this is an OEM product there is no reason to believe it will not last at least 20 years and another 300,000 miles. This fixed the fast idle problem on the 1995 K1500. A very strange display, because if the TPS is bad, it will remain at high idle indefinitely until it is turned off and restarted. At this point it runs perfectly until the truck has fully cooled down to ambient temperature and restarted. Eventually the faulty TPS set the DTC, but not for some time after the original's apparent failure.
