Fits a 1991 2.8

Even though Revain says it won't fit a 1991 S10 2.8 it absolutely fits, it works perfectly, great value, about $20 cheaper than regular ones share loading.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Not the best

GM replacement. for sensors

Don't like it Made in CHINA. The AC Delco was primarily manufactured in the States. It works. I could buy a Chinese made one in Autozone for less money with the same quality.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So far, so good

Fixed my hard layer

I'm not sure if this would help with my problem or not but it worked. Shift speeds were a bit retarded, resulting in rougher than usual shifting, and that cleared things up. He's moving to where he needs to be now.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • not reliable

Not the same as the original it replaces.

the voltage should be about 0.6 volts when idle but reads 1 volt. Vehicle idle too high. This year doesn't need to be configured, but it looks like I'll change the slots so they can be configured.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • everything ok

Rip off. Buy from a store that gives a guarantee.

Bought for a Chev 350. It was weak on the truck so I ordered it. Put these on and the engine won't accelerate without hesitation. Removed, checked everything, reinserted. Same result. Went to O'Reilly, got one, put it on, and now the truck runs like crazy. I sent this back. They claim there is nothing wrong with that. They only returned part of it and charged me $8. Hope nobody else is buying their shit.

Pros
  • delivery was very quick
Cons
  • crumpled

Check your old part first!

Check the original sensor when you remove it. I bought this and put it on my 1992 s10 4.3 Vortec Blazer. Then he set the check engine code. Turns out my original part had "CCW" stamped in the hole where the throttle shaft goes in. Upon inspection, I found that my original sensor rotated counter-clockwise. This new part is designed for use on the throttle body, which makes it rotate clockwise. Pay attention! Not sure if I ordered the wrong part but was told it would fit my make and model.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • Obsolete

Discounted OEM quality

OEM product performs exactly like the original before it failed 300,000 miles. As this is an OEM product there is no reason to believe it will not last at least 20 years and another 300,000 miles. This fixed the fast idle problem on the 1995 K1500. A very strange display, because if the TPS is bad, it will remain at high idle indefinitely until it is turned off and restarted. At this point it runs perfectly until the truck has fully cooled down to ambient temperature and restarted. Eventually…

Pros
  • Great value
Cons
  • Large and bulky
