Waste of money and time. I bought this as I am just starting my business and didn't want to buy a super expensive cutter right away. I buy most of my soap molds from Revain so thought I'd give it a try. Big mistake. Roger that. Worked fine the first time. It's been a constant struggle ever since. Soaps come out very unevenly and almost always have an angle to them. The wire doesn't go where the hole is so I have to constantly push the wire against the hole. I have to clean the soap with a chef's knife to make it even. I'm better off with my dollar tree knife than this one.
