I have used this product for over 2 years now in my office as well at home to hold meetings or presentations of any size between clients/customers - it has never let me down! It is very user friendly (as long as you know how to use your computer!) You do need some IT skills but once set up its brilliant.

If you are looking into using an online service such as Zoom then make sure that they can provide support during times when things go wrong and also if there's anything technical about their platform i.e video lag etc. This isn't something we've been able to get rid off completely since switching from Skype however our experience was mainly positive so far. We were having difficulties meeting client deadlines which led us onto Eurekacnference.com where we found excellent customer services & great communication via email throughout the process leading up to booking sessions through them.
