ok full honest review here: health issues husband bought fitbit charge 2 watch for birthday 2016. At the end of 2019 I had 5 watch bands that had to break. A matching bit would make a watch strap if it broke before year 1 which was great. January 2020 I called to replace a watch band I bought in May 2019 only to be told they can no longer guarantee Fitbit accessories as they no longer make it or the watch. I was told to order the person who answers the phone for Fitbit from Amazon. So far I'm quite satisfied. The colors are not as bright and soft as the Fitbit. Better for me because they are pressed in place. The Fitbit bands wouldn't snap to my watch, and maybe I didn't press hard enough. They are a bit stiff and difficult to take off. If that's said again, maybe it's me. I am 64 years old. old and sometimes my fingers don't work well. For the price and value I would highly recommend them. They also came with a map.
