I bought this because my mum used it a year and a half ago to shed a few pounds and she said it works and she recommended it. I didn't pay attention to the ingredient change as other customers have mentioned and it may have really changed the way it affected people. I took my first pill this morning and I'm so jittery and my heart is racing and I'm sweating and my hands are cold and sticky and I feel like I've had 10 espressos. It's not a good feeling and I'm not caffeine sensitive - I can have a cup of coffee before bed and sleep great. This is not a good feeling and should not be continued. Waste of money if you don't respond well to it
