It's also great that you can customize your own dashboard as it provides many features for managers such as reporting etc. I would like more integration with other areas inside spectrum including communication tools/email or even social media platforms so we could communicate better internally. We have been able to keep track of employee development goals through this software while providing feedback when needed.
