Overall this is a good product. Does what it's supposed to and keeps my bike rack in place. The big downside is that it came without enough nuts or bolts. The long screw shown in the picture is used to attach the plastic coated section to the bike seat tube, the two small screws attach the Z-shaped metal parts to the adapter. However, you will need two more nuts and bolts to attach to mechanisms that your rack needs to use as a stabilizer. No big deal, I just had to go to the Home Depot and find two nuts and bolts of the same size. I just find it a bit odd that you sell a product but don't include enough parts to install it properly. I haven't used it long enough to speak of its durability. Overall this is a good product but be prepared to go to a hardware store to buy extra nuts and bolts.
