. I bought the adult large as I'm 5ft 8" and 140lbs. I should have chosen the middle one but I was worried about the height. In fact, the tall one was really meant for someone much taller. I'd say probably around 5ft 10in if you're going to be tall, but still, as long as you're fairly slim I'd stick with medium. Measure from your waist and don't worry about the height as the material is very stretchy. As for the fleece, it keeps my feet warm but I don't know if it's worth the price. There is a very uncomfortable seam going over the crotch and bottom where the legs have been sewn together and it makes the pants look very cheap. I'm glad I have them, but one pair is more than enough. Now I wear yoga pants and tights.
