I really, really wanted to like this phone. It was difficult to set up due to the keyboard or lack of one. So I hooked up a Bluetooth keyboard, but the only reason it worked so well was that I couldn't use the Bluetooth keyboard to type the at (@) sign required to enter my email address. Instead, I kept getting the letter M when I pressed SHIFT + 2, which was required for the @ symbol. I also haven't figured out how to type a capital letter without using a bluetooth keyboard. Due to such things, the installation process took an hour or more. The final blow was when I called to check my voicemail messages. I hardly heard her! I checked the volume which came in at 13 out of 15. I turned it down to 15 but the voicemail prompts were still fairly quiet which was fine when no other noises in the room but never worked outside, leave alone in a noisy public place. Bye, Tianhoo EOS clamshell phone. I wish you all the best.
