Phone arrived without charger and phone tools. I tried to charge it for 18 hours but it never charged. I could never turn it on. Sent back for a refund. Based on the reviews I've read this product is either a good deal or a bad deal - some are good some are not. So I can't recommend it.

The biggest problem with this phone is that the emergency button works at random times. Sitting on the charger he gave a distress signal (at 4am) and got everyone excited except that there was no emergency. We thought it would be a one off event but it happened a few more times when we were sure no one was there. was on the phone. Too many problems and no solutions from tech support.
