Very frustrating and disappointing

Phone arrived without charger and phone tools. I tried to charge it for 18 hours but it never charged. I could never turn it on. Sent back for a refund. Based on the reviews I've read this product is either a good deal or a bad deal - some are good some are not. So I can't recommend it.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Update available

He has problems. - Office electronics

The biggest problem with this phone is that the emergency button works at random times. Sitting on the charger he gave a distress signal (at 4am) and got everyone excited except that there was no emergency. We thought it would be a one off event but it happened a few more times when we were sure no one was there. was on the phone. Too many problems and no solutions from tech support. Great idea but poor implementation. bad buy.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • No automatic controls

The battery is not as good as stated

I bought this phone a few weeks ago, in general the phone is good. However, the battery consumption is very high and drops to 56% after 8 hours of standby. I am an old person and have no experience with smartphones; So I rely heavily on the manual and support hotline to learn how to use this phone. but the instruction is abysmal, there is no support channel other than asking questions in Revain. If you are a power user or just want to make calls and text, then this phone is a good choice.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are defects

Cool little phone at Phones & Accessories

I bought this phone to use with AT&T to replace my favorite Windows phones. I liked this phone. Convenient to use, with a velvety finish, good color resolution, decent sound quality, handy charging station, etc., and some good older features like fall detection and emergency alert. It is classified as a 4G network phone. The ATT store manager didn't give me a new micro SIM card for this phone and said it wasn't on their list of compatible phones for upcoming network changes (although I looked…

My mother really likes phones and accessories

Well my mother hates new things because she is quite old and it is difficult for her to learn new technology. She just couldn't figure out how to use a smartphone, so she carried a flip phone for years. I switched phone companies (now to AT&T) and they had to upgrade their phone to switch to AT&T (since they are on my phone plan). After searching for MONTHS I found this phone. It was loud, it had big letters on it, it was easy for even my mom to use, and it could be charged. This phone has…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Not loud enough for voicemail announcements

I really, really wanted to like this phone. It was difficult to set up due to the keyboard or lack of one. So I hooked up a Bluetooth keyboard, but the only reason it worked so well was that I couldn't use the Bluetooth keyboard to type the at (@) sign required to enter my email address. Instead, I kept getting the letter M when I pressed SHIFT + 2, which was required for the @ symbol. I also haven't figured out how to type a capital letter without using a bluetooth keyboard. Due to such…
