Well my mother hates new things because she is quite old and it is difficult for her to learn new technology. She just couldn't figure out how to use a smartphone, so she carried a flip phone for years. I switched phone companies (now to AT&T) and they had to upgrade their phone to switch to AT&T (since they are on my phone plan). After searching for MONTHS I found this phone. It was loud, it had big letters on it, it was easy for even my mom to use, and it could be charged. This phone has TWICE the screen of her old clamshell which is a huge bonus because now she can see who is calling or dialing her number. The phone even has an SOS emergency call button. Now if I could just show her how to turn off bluetooth so he doesn't talk to her in her car.
