I'm not a mechanic but I love fixing things on my truck. After the navigation system on my 2016 F150 started to falter (map was wrong, calls dropped) and got worse and worse, I took it to the dealer. They wanted $1,000 to replace the APIM module. After some research and a great how-to video on YouTube, I felt like I could replace it for less than half the cost. I bought this and am glad I did. The sales and technical support is amazing. They promptly answered all questions. When I had a problem updating maps, they sent me everything I needed to fix the problem along with detailed instructions. I was apprehensive about using WhatsApp to contact post-sale tech support, but they couldn't have been more helpful. My system is back and working great.
