The technical support during the installation was fantastic.

My 2016 Ford F150 didn't have sat nav so I finally bought it and installed it in my truck. Technical support was fantastic. That's half the price of the factory navigation and I'm very happy with it.

No support and no plug and play

I am returning this GPS and NAVIGATION module because it just doesn't work. I contacted tech support and started running. They said they were on vacation. Well, there should be a technical team to help. Then they said the next Thursday morning. I said I work. Waiting two weeks + getting support is not acceptable.

Good product. Easy installation. Plug and play ready.

I bought this for my 2017 F150 with radio sync 3. Goods correspond to the description. Direct plug and play. The installation time was less than 1 hour. No more lags or screen freezes. I highly recommend.

ALMOST HERE – Heffchi for Ford Sync 3 GPS Nav

What I liked about Heffchi for Ford Sync 3 GPS Nav. It was that it was almost plug and play. When I installed the device in my 2016 Lincoln Navigator, everything worked except for the climate controls on the touchscreen. As it turns out, if you can live without "sensor climate control" and have the option to set the climate manually, that's great. But I'm in the limousine business and everything has to work perfectly. This means that you need to go to the seller and take a positive position…

Sales and support are top notch!

I'm not a mechanic but I love fixing things on my truck. After the navigation system on my 2016 F150 started to falter (map was wrong, calls dropped) and got worse and worse, I took it to the dealer. They wanted $1,000 to replace the APIM module. After some research and a great how-to video on YouTube, I felt like I could replace it for less than half the cost. I bought this and am glad I did.
