Of course my 8 month old isn't "staying" here, but that's not what he's there for. This is for fun and learning. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble it by myself - not really difficult, just a bit of a chore. The rating has been lowered as the sounds on each level (there are 3) are very repetitive. 4 different songs/phrases. The tones are also interrupted if you press another key. So if you're little, keep your hand on the horn, it keeps beeping if that makes sense. My son likes 3 balls (don't lose them. Nothing). still fits) and he likes the 3 different shapes and the sound of a closed door opening. Suitable for children who can sit unaided for a long time until they are 1 year old. The car has a lot of space, but if they are smaller, they can get stuck or roll over. It's fairly durable and heavy - just limited in sounds. Worth the price? Not for me. Was supposed to be $39.99 but I bought it anyway.
