That's fine, but before you invest, explore other options to make sure they're right for you.

Sonos product reviews can be a bit misleading due to bigotry and haters. This is an expensive purchase for a small speaker and people want to feel justified in their spending. I will start this review on the positive side. Pros: 1. Streaming is error free2. The mobile app is fantastic, the ability to combine playlists from multiple services is something I really use3. Installation couldn't be easier, it just works4. Multiple rooms, stereo interfaces and flexibility are the main benefits5. Integration with 3rd party automation apps/SmartthingsCon's1. It's expensive2. The audio quality is okay, I've tried loading it at an angle, using it in different places and overall I like the sound it produces, but it's not amazing. You can get better sound quality for $200, and many other companies are catching up with Sonos in terms of connectivity and mobile devices.3. No 5 GHz to connect to my wireless network. (Yes they can use 5GHz for surround sound but I want it on my network as I already have sooo many 2.4GHz devices. Lots of negativity on the game bar and subwoofer until the next model comes out , which solves community problems.

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
