Review on iSupport Software by Kevin Johnson

The simplicity of using this software is amazing! I have been able use it with ease since day one when we first got our support desk up an running!! It has helped us improve communication between departments which was something that had previously not existed within my team or department at large before implementation from ISupportsoftware. There are also other features available like ticketing system but those aren't used much by me personally so can only speak about what others may find useful/useful enough themselves. !
