I like that they have been able to help me with my customer experience challenges by creating an AI chatbot which has helped us solve our problems of engaging customers in multiple languages (Spanish & English).

It’s very helpful when you need someone who can speak both Spanish AND english! They are great at listening/understanding your needs before coming up solutions or recommendations - this makes them stand out from other companies we've worked wih previously. Sometimes there may be some lag time between responses but overall i'm happy withe how well everything works together once implemented.
