Bought to wear my new 2020 Secretlabs Titan. Not a bad product. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's a little tricky but fairly intuitive as to which parts go where. The hardest thing I had was figuring out how the straps fit around my chair. On the backrest, the zip runs from below and slides under and behind the backrest; then just zip. The part with the large elastic piece goes forward, and the two pieces connected by clips go around and under your seat's hammock straps (see image). Easy easy! My only complaints: 1) Wouldn't kill them to send simple instructions! 2) It hides the aesthetic of my chair for example, it's pretty cool; not the fault of the products of course, otherwise the seat covers do their job!
