Don't challenge Victoria - buyers beware.
I have bought 3 pairs from this seller. A year ago I got myself a pair of genuine Victoria's Challenge pants with the obligatory 'VC' logo on the front waistband. I bought another pair a few weeks ago - exactly the same model [polar - warm] and size - no logo and they don't fit the same (bigger - no compression at all) but I've worn them - too late to to go back . So I tried again - bought the same model but smaller. They also came without a logo and are a completely different brand. To return. Now I buy directly from VK.
