Review on ๐Ÿถ Dexas Pets Pooch Pouch: Versatile Clip-On Dog Treat and Training Pouch by Doug Hook

The perfect POCKET bag!

This pouch is best for storing treats in a jacket pocket rather than hanging from your belt. I don't like having a bag dangling from my belt. They flop while running or playing with the dog. If you don't close them securely after each treat, the treat can fall onto the grass and distract other dogs during training. And they look stupid. I usually wear a jacket or a vest or a hoodie or a windbreaker or some kind of coat with pockets when I go outside with my dogs. So why not just keep treats in your jacket pocket? Well, all goodies seem to have fat or oil in them, and it messes up my bag and transfers the smell of the food onto my clothes. Not good. I use low-carb treats like cheese, hot dog bits, chicken heart bits, beef bits, etc., which are healthier and dogs love themโ€”they're more motivating than cookies or bits (which also contain butter, which stain clothes). This silicone case is the right solution. The size of the bag is perfect for my pocket. I just removed the plastic part of the belt clip (it was easy). The silicone is just the right thickness too - thin enough to be lightweight, not bulky and flexible; but thick enough to keep its shape. The slit is perfect: your fingers slide it through easily to grab a treat, but it closes securely when you remove your fingers so the treat doesn't fly out. The silicone is also very easy to clean and the treat does not stick to it. . My other bags often had slices of cheese stuck to the material and I had to scrape them off. Not with this bag. I highly recommend this product as a pocket pouch. Manufacturers should advertise them as such and not as a fanny pack.
