it is terribly bulky and cannot be adjusted.
This item is not only too big, but also terribly bulky and cannot be adjusted to a normal person's SI region. I had a different belt for a few years and it never fit like this. I suspect this product was made by a company unfamiliar with SI joint dysfunction and how the ISI brace works (i.e. not a company authorized to make this type of medical device). I definitely don't recommend that.
