I like best how easy it was to train my entire staff with such excellent documentation! It's very useful for taking over someone else’s books/invoices as they have left (or will be leaving) because we need their services elsewhere or are just not able take them in-house anymore without training new people who may bring other issues into play). The layout can sometimes get confusing - especially if trying something out during trial period so make sure there isn't anything missing from what has been trained before moving forward!! That said though once set up correctly everything works smoothly again making this part less important compared when starting fresh where things might look different initially but don;t seem too much longer than necessary until all components work well together at which point its hard then NOT liking some aspect about goldenease :).
