I love how easy it was to get up & running with this product versus other softwares we had previously used in our office! The customer service has been great as well!! Not much at all really - only thing i can think about would be if there were some way for users (or possibly another user) could have access without needing themselfs logged into admin panel? Very simple but very effective system overall once implemented within existing staff members knowledge base/skillset etc.. Benefits are…

Great Platform, Easy To Use & Powerful Admin Features

I like best how easy it was to train my entire staff with such excellent documentation! It's very useful for taking over someone else’s books/invoices as they have left (or will be leaving) because we need their services elsewhere or are just not able take them in-house anymore without training new people who may bring other issues into play). The layout can sometimes get confusing - especially if trying something out during trial period so make sure there isn't anything missing from what has…

The ability to create projects for all departments within our organization makes it easier than ever before! I have been able use this program in my office as well at home with ease - no need or desire now!! It has everything we needed but was missing some features like being compatible w/ Outlook (our email).
