Great little KVM with EDID support; working well after 6 months

When I upgraded my monitor to 4K, I replaced my previous KVM switch to take advantage of the better resolution. I don't play games on my computer, but I program and do a lot of spreadsheets that require good detail. I use both my work and home computers most of the day, so a KVM switch is a must. Setting up a dual screen monitor for work (dual screen = laptop screen + external monitor). Then, after a longer time than I care to admit, I finally lowered the output frequency to 30Hz and everything worked again! Partly in my frustration, I thought I might need a new KVM and went looking. I'm glad I stuck with what I have; Not only did I save some money, but EDID support is vital to me, and I wasn't aware that many KVMs didn't have it. In case you don't know, EDID stands for "Extended Display Identification Data" or, in layman's terms, a monitor that tells the computer what type of display it has. If the KVM doesn't have it, it's really a switch, and when you toggle the computer thinks it's off, as if you unplugged the cables. This will stop your extended display every time you toggle and you will get Windows 10 USB disconnecting noises. If you switch as many times a day as I do, it will be useless. Fortunately, this is not the case with this PWAY KVM switch (see EDID description). Switching times between computers are fairly quick; about 2-3 seconds. Quite suitable for me. Works great and takes up very little space. Also, it works with my Logitech Unified Receiver for both wireless keyboard and mouse. The only downside is that my new laptop supports 4K at 144Hz, but at this price point (currently $32.99) that wouldn't be possible.
