Best sharpened quickly in power and hand tools
This medium sized diamond sharpener took about 10% time to re-profile the blade compared to the coarsest standard sharpening stone that comes with the Lansky sharpening system. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's true that it leaves small scratches rather than a smooth polish like more traditional stones, but that's no big deal. Ceramic stone touch up is quick and easy if you care about aesthetics.
