The search tool cannot be relied upon, and the categories are arranged in an unintuitive manner. The site's navigation is a real pain in the neck. The poor quality of the customer service makes an already difficult situation even more difficult. I reached out to you with a problem with my order, but you responded to me in a way that was neither timely nor helpful. The things arrived wrinkled and torn due to the poor quality of the packaging, which contained the items. In general, ColorGround is not a retailer for women's clothing that I would recommend. The collection is not particularly impressive, the website is difficult to use, and the customer care representatives are not very helpful, all of which contribute to a less-than-ideal purchasing experience.
