Well you get what you pay for and I didn't expect more. The first thing that struck me was the packaging or lack thereof, I opened the box and found a few things bundled together in a small cardboard box, THIS will last for a while as long as I don't try to open and close it too often At first glance the tools are small and flimsy, the handles are very small and would be hard in a child's hand. I've been thinking about making a gun holster and I have leather that is MUCH tougher than the tools could ever work BUT the needles and thread in the kit MAY be good enough for sewing. I will order a set of piercings as the awl is too flimsy BUT I have a nice box of scrap 3 cotton balls on metal handles WITHOUT using and there is a ring in the foil supposedly a thimble which I tried to put on but it deformed , when I tried to put it on my little finger, it's TOO SMALL. I think it's a good kit for a 7-8 year old to build a kite or something, but it's far from a leatherwork kit. Live and learn, you cannot buy something at a good price and expect it to be useful
