I love that it is easy for me as an admin of multiple social media accounts, but also allows my employees access when needed! It's not so much about likes or retweets anymore - more engagement with our customers through conversations via twitter/facebook posts etc., which helps us grow in ways we couldn't have imagined before using this tool!! Nothing at all really; just make sure you are willing & able (and trained) enough if your team uses other platforms like Facebook / Instagram too because they do support those channels now :). We've seen great results from increased customer interaction by engaging them directly thru these new methods while still keeping up-to date wtih news releases related topics suchas product launches.
