Got this to use with my wife's Kia Sorento to pull our concession trailer.
Arrived with box heavily damaged and missing the L piece to lock bars in place. Called Curt hitch and they sent me new ones the next day.Very well built.
- Does what it's supposed to. Better then the old style.
- May be noisy during use
