The concept of this seat is great but it needs to be redesigned or something. My ping-tsu weighs 6 pounds. and she collapses the whole front of the seat when leaning or standing on it. It also likes to slide to either side of my console and needs to be constantly re-tuned and fluffed up (sort of). The little "tape" to keep her secure in the chair is a joke. I mean, really... it's too long for one, so she flies out of her seat and hangs on a tether when I'm not around to catch her. Second, the "tape" doesn't seem AT ALL secure for keeping my dog securely in place. Lastly, this dog seat was quite expensive, and if it's about you and you open it for the first time, there's a little note inside that says if your dog even "looked" at it, it's non-refundable , but took it alone. test drive! Not sure if this was an innovation due to Covid or something else but they made sure of that and included this little disclaimer so the refund is zero! The seat is nice but that's about it... Will have to replace it sooner rather than later 😒 So unfortunately I'm NOT HAPPY with this purchase! My suggestions: Make the faceplate stiffer or stiffer and replace the tape with a shorter, stronger piece of material and maybe add a second one? Great concept just needs some changes!
