I bought it specifically because it was pictured with contoured milk ice packs in the bottom pocket of the cooler. I got it wrong and it wasn't included. I would probably choose a different bag if I knew what I was buying. Edited to add. The pump also fits, but the bag cannot be closed with flanges, freezer bags, cleaning spray and other pump accessories. The refrigerator is also in an unfavorable position and can result in valuable pumped milk falling out. In the end I didn't even use the cooling compartment, but carried it by the handles and unpacked it. So dissatisfied that I am actively looking for a better bag. I'm sorry I wasted my money here.
