I have thrushes that nest in a bird feeder where they find a home. This is great because the walls are clean and we can watch the three chicks grow up while the parents feed them. Next to the "nest for the feeder" I placed a feeder for mealworms. They use it all the time, first to feed themselves and then when the chicks are fully grown they feed them these mealworms. You and we just love you! The bag says 7 oz. but that's enough because they are so light. I love this product and have just ordered more.
