I packed the largest suitcase for an international trip. The suitcase was not full but I tried to zip it up and the zipper seam broke. I didn't try to force the zipper in any way, I simply tried to close the suitcase. I haven't even used the suitcase outside of my house yet! This is the second set I received because, the first time I ordered, I was sent the black and tan set in a box that said the suitcases were navy. Thank goodness I found out the zipper was trashed before I left! I was able to return it to The UPS Store in time. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that the navy and white set is pretty.
