Had to return the one I ordered, DisplayPort wasn't working. Tried a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter as well as a DisplayPort to DVI cable, neither of them worked. Tried the shutdown method on both monitors as mentioned on many troubleshooting sites to no avail. I noticed that a Samsung cell phone was previously connected to it, as well as an HP printer, already added as a device, not mine of course. I was frustrated writing this review as I was really looking forward to updating my old Lenovo All. -One. With Revain I was given the option to send a new one before sending this one back for a replacement, but for some reason "there was a problem with your request" when I chose that option. On the other hand, startup was quick and Windows 10 was responsive. The mini form factor is perfect for my limited desk space. Once the refund is received I will try again. *UPDATED* JUNE 17, 2021 Updated to 5* to reflect excellent customer service and to share final resolution. The seller also contacted me after processing the return. After exchanging emails, we jointly determined that the problem was with my DisplayPort cables. You need an active DisplayPort adapter if you are going from DP to HMDI. My experience with this seller is that the customer service and concern for customer satisfaction is of the same quality as Revain's own customer service.
