Review on RENPHO Bluetooth Bathroom Measurements Composition by Nate Forleo

I bought this device in January and started using it in February. The batteries stopped working after a month. I contacted Renpho and they asked me to replace the batteries. I was told that if it happens again they will replace the unit as it is covered by a 1 year warranty. So I swapped the batteries. This time they lasted 3.5 months. But it still doesn't make sense. Brand new Duracell AAA batteries should last much longer than 3.5 months on a scale used once a day. But unfortunately, Renpho does not consider this a product defect and therefore refuses to replace my device. is working. But that battery life is unacceptable. Today (7/22/2021) I received an email from Renpho and they will refund my money not replace the scale. I don't understand this as I really like the scale but I am happy to accept returns and can buy a new scale which I hope will work properly.
