What a Great Fermentation Pack! I've tried so many different lids and ferment stops. These silicone tops are definitely my favorites so far! Glass weights are also my favorites over stuffed cabbage or boiling rocks etc. The weights keep the enzyme under the liquid which reduces spoilage. And the wooden instrument is AMAZING! I used a homemade mallet my husband made for me but it works much better. The perfect shape for squeezing enzymes into a jar and shredding cabbage to release juice. Incredible engineering on all of these products.
