The product is good but the plug doesn't fit
Short cable length. The wire connector does not fit my 2014 Jeep JKU. The original has 2 end connectors, but this product comes with one connector. I cut the cable and connected to the original cable to increase the length and get two ends. Spent time matching the wires in the cable. There are 5 wires in total, 2 for heater and 3 for motor power. In general a high quality product. I like the size of the mirror as it is wider than the original which allows for a wider view to the rear.
