Not such a good deal,

The 4 charger kits I ordered arrived in my mailbox in an envelope. One was broken (one of the clips holding the battery) so I didn't even open the package. The second did not charge the battery, it was always green and the battery remained uncharged even after 12 hours of charging. So instead of wasting time chasing RMAs by sending them back and waiting another 2 weeks, I threw them both in the trash. The other two work, but I have to be very careful not to break the clips.
