Review on Furinno Simplistic A Frame Computer Desk, Black/French Oak Grey, 31.6 (W) x 35.6 (H) x 16.50 (D) Inches: Efficient and Stylish Workspace Solution by Valerie Alicea

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Affordable personal desk, but you get what you paid for.

Bought this desk 3 years ago when we lived in a fairly small one bedroom apartment and I was working from home and didn't have an extra room to use as an office. Installing a desk in our bedroom was the solution. I wanted something small with an organizer/drawer, aesthetically pleasing and most importantly cheap. (I know what was expected, huh?) Well, that was my answer. [Assembly] As far as I can remember, the assembly was a bit messy and there was a part where the instructions were wrong. After comparing the finished product and the instructions, I realized that she was telling me to put the piece on the wrong way round. I'd say it was 2 out of 5 difficulty, but I'm also very skilled at crafting. Someone else attached a picture of all the re-labeled parts. [Reliability] Hmm, almost nothing? lol. Please remember you only paid $40 for it. It has four thin legs; It's too heavy as is and if you put a bigger/higher item on it it will really shake. When he stands on the carpet he wobbles even more. [Warning] As you can see from the picture, the 27 inch iMac is clearly too big for this tiny table. Considering how fragile this table is, it could be a disaster. (And it happened) Since it's a working iMac, I wasn't too worried (laughs). iMac has been dropped twice in 3 years of using this desk. crashed into a table in passing. Luckily and miraculously nothing happened to him, just scratching the surface of the table a little. [Overall] You get what you pay for, so carefully consider what you need and what your budget is. Excellent for $40 nothing to argue about especially from an aesthetic point of view some $200 tables are very ugly.
