Update 11/11/2020 The drum gives us a permanent error "move the slider" rendering the printer unusable. It was good while it lasted, but a very short lifespan. My printer (Brother MFC-L5900) started printing pages with lots of black lines and also gave me a message that I need a new drum. I find the OEM printer toner and drum overpriced so I checked them out for a generic replacement. The drum was shipped promptly. It was very well packaged and protected (although I think they are all packaged that way). Installation was easy and hassle free and I now have a working printer. Time will tell how long it lasts (we print 100-200 pages a day) but overall I'm happy with the purchase.
