The UI is really easy to use, as well as the reporting. It's not very intuitive until you get used to it, but once you do, it is quite effective! I've been able to track store traffic throughout the day, so that I know which locations are performing well or poorly. This has also helped me better understand my customers' preferences and shopping behavior, which helps with future targeting efforts. The analytics alone are pretty useful; however, their integration with MailChimp makes this tool even more powerful. I primarily use BII in order to better understand my customers and improve my email marketing effectiveness.
