I've been using this service for about 2 years now with great success! The support team are very responsive when it comes time do setup an autoresponder campaign which has saved us so much of our own resources in terms from sending out mass emails via another provider (which we were doing). It's not perfect but they have made some changes recently around their API calls/limits etc where things used tto work perfectly before no longer function as expected - eg if you wanted too many subscribers then there was nothing stopping them adding new ones once your limit had reached however these days its capped at 100 per day unless otherwise stated by yourself through manual entry into admin console? We use mobizen mainly because most other providers don't offer enough flexibility within what works best depending upon individual client needs & budgets compared others who may just provide one size fits all solutions without.
