I ordered this particular remote e-collar because it had two collars that could work with one remote for my 2 year old Golden Retrievers Finn and Nora. We do a lot of trail running and it worked out great. I usually use vibration or sound and didn't even have to use a shocker! But the most amazing thing about purchasing this e-collar is the incredible customer support I received when I called them to ask about the lost remote control replacement! They sent me a new remote control at no extra charge! Wonderful! I highly recommend this system and a friend of mine has already purchased it for his lab at my suggestion.
