The ease of use, especially with mobile devices is a big plus! There are so many ways to keep track of what's going on in each location through GPS tracking or app usage. Sometimes it can be hard to find things that you need but I think this has been fixed by recent updates? Having it integrated into our office CRM system makes finding all information related to one site easy. When there is an issue at any particular store we have access to everything right from where ever we are. This allows us to get answers quickly. It also helps me see how my own stores compare to others around the country.
