Amazing Customer Service And Powerful Tool

Iris is a great tool to connect with your customers in an easy way. I can't say that there are any downsides, but if you're looking for something simple and powerful then this is it! If you want to be able to interact with your customers in an easy way, then this is the tool for you. I've been using Iris on my own website and it's been working really well.
The customer support team is always very helpful and quick to respond. There's nothing that I dislike about Iris. It's a great tool for connecting with your customers and getting feedback from them.

That everything was already set up ready when we got out system so no additional work needed by us as techs or end user staff (users) necessary..It just works : )The chat widget also does not require installing Java like other Chat/chat apps do; )Very nice UI which makes things easier even though some functions might take longer than expected at first.I believe all these aspects make our jobs much more convenient especially since most users don’
