UPDATE JUNE 2022 - GREAT customer service! After this review, a thinner and lighter version was recommended and sent to me to solve the magnet problem. I agree it's much better but also customer service was very responsive and helpful. Nice change these days! One magnet detached from the monitor and the other does not stick to the laptop (replaced the sticky part and still detached). Both make this monitor unusable because it just falls over. The monitor seems to be too heavy for the magnets (whether extended or in use). I'm looking for an adhesive to attach a large magnet to the monitor and for the laptop magnet I'll have to find something else as I can't glue it... If the screen stays where it's supposed to be, it works . excellent but overall I think it would be much better to spend more money on a higher quality item. I have less than a month.
