Healed My Mouth - Toothpaste

After the first week I noticed a reduction in gum swelling and a reduction in pain. A month later he disappeared completely. My pain was so bad it hurt to eat, but the dentist kept telling me I didn't have gum disease, so I looked for my own cure. I also bought a toothbrush kit from the dollar store and used a metal pick (don't know what it's called) after dinner to get rid of anything my floss didn't remove. I have also used CIOSYS mouthwash in combination with this toothpaste. All in all, my problem with swollen and sensitive gums is completely gone!
