Acando - Great Customer Service & Support

The team of people at acando are very helpful, knowledgeable and they really understand your business challenges. I can confidently say that our implementation went well. There was minimal disruption to the daily operations of the business as we had been doing it ourselves for many years but now have complete confidence in their ability to implement an integrated CRM platform across multiple departments including Salesforce Chatter. We used them because they were professional and offered value added services like data migration from other systems which helped us avoid any downtime during this process. It's easy to use, it's very flexible and allows you to quickly create new forms, in addition to being able to customize existing ones. I really appreciate the support of the team when it comes to any question or doubt about the product. The platform is always evolving to improve the user experience. In my opinion, the best thing is the integration with Zapier. Allowing me to automate tasks without having to write code.

  • This makes things easier than developing custom integrations by hand every time there’s something missing! Also has great community built around its users making sure everyone feels supported both customers & employees alike..very inclusive environment!!! And last.but not least..the customer success service!! They keep track all issues raised through regular check
