Bulky but sturdy best in my review
The bands are large and somewhat bulky. I bought them mostly to use as wrist weights. The sand in the pouches don't leak, and the pouches stay securely in the bands. If I remove more than one pouch, the bands do not stay tight around my wrists and will slide while working out (my wrists are on the smaller side). Still, I like how well made they are and will get a lot of use out of them. I have worn them once on my ankles when walking and after a while forgot I even had them on, so they weren't uncomfortable. I like this weight because it is enough to add a little resistance without becoming too heavy on my joints as I build up my strength.
